Terms of Service

1. The Service

Country Draw lets you draw country borders from memory on a blank canvas and receive a 0–100 accuracy score. The Service is provided free of charge, with no account required. It is intended for personal, non-commercial entertainment and educational use.

2. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

3. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Country Draw and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service's server-side components;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates applicable law;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

5. Your content and scores

Your drawings and scores are stored locally in your own browser and are not uploaded to our servers unless you choose to share them (for example, via your device's share feature, where you control where the content goes). You retain all rights to content you create while using the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The Country Draw name, logo, and the design and layout of the Service are the property of Country Draw. Country border data is used for educational purposes. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to reproduce or redistribute the Service or its content without permission.

7. Third-party services and advertising

The Service integrates third-party services including Google Analytics and Google AdSense. These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply to their collection and use of data. We are not responsible for their practices. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL, with the effective date shown at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Service operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
